Fees & Insurance
I accept cash and checks, and payment is due at the time of service. At this time I do not accept insurance. I will provide you, on request, with a monthly statement you can send to your HMO or PPO so that you can get reimbursed by your health insurance company or other resource. Since the coverage that’s offered varies by insurance company and plan, I recommend that you contact your insurance company for detailed information about the coverage available to you and your family.
I offer limited sliding scale appointments based on financial need. If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I am happy to provide you with appropriate referrals.
Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. You are responsible for the cost of the session for cancellations received less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
